Stringers Claim Foreclosure Was A Fraud

On January 31, 2021, Michael and Barbara Stringer filed a lawsuit in the Hillsborough County Superior Court (South) to invalidate the foreclosure deed that was recorded in the Hillsborough County Registry ofDeeds at Book 9368, Page 632 (hereafter "Foreclosure Deed") after the foreclosure of a second mortgage on their home in Merrimack, New Hampshire by People's United Bank, N.A. on September 23, 2020. The Stringers claim the foreclosure by People's Bank was a total fraud. (read more)
